The story began when global brands arrived, they brought trendy food but at prices. Burgers, pizzas, and cold coffee became an aspiration for many Indians. Ajay’s stepped in to rewrite that story by offering the same joy, the same taste, the same quality, at a price India could finally call its own. By making great food truly affordable, we made happiness accessible.

Founder Director | The Visionary Behind the Journey
Mr. Solanki’s journey began with a small mess in Pune, serving students and bachelors, a long before Ajay’s became a growing café brand.
What started as a humble beginning was driven by one simple belief:
Good food should be accessible, affordable, and bring happiness to everyday life.
Over the years, he has built opportunities. His vision has helped hundreds of aspiring entrepreneurs’ step into the world of business with confidence.
For him, Ajay’s has always been:

Jaideep Solanki
Founder Director | The System & Supply Chain Backbone
While Mr. Ajay Solanki built the vision, the elder brother Mr. Jaideep Solanki brought structure to it.
With a strong background in engineering, marketing, and years of corporate and academic experience, Mr. Jaideep has been instrumental in building the systems that power Ajay’s today. From supply chain and operations to franchise governance and scalability.
He believes that sustainable growth comes from clarity, discipline, and strong foundations.
At the core of his philosophy is a simple idea:
